Up to two pets per apartment are allowed. Pets must be less than 50 lbs, fully grown. Pet fees are $300 per pet and $25 per month in pet rent. Undocumented pets will be fined a $200 lease violation fine plus $10 per day until removed. A pet application fee may be required in addition to our pet fee by third party screening company.
